Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of the product, we cannot accept returned merchandise.

The company will not issue a refund to anyone that refuses delivery or in any way attempts to return a shipment.

Please check all addresses and pin codes carefully. Damage to the product or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee, so please be sure to double-check addresses. The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order.

Order Cancellation’s

Order cancellations have to be made within 12 hours after placing an order. To cancel your order, you will have to contact our customer services by sending an email to unclenonu@gmail.com or calling 011-41572626 and giving the reference of your order number.

In case we receive a cancellation notice and till that time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. unclenonu.com / UNCLE NONU & CO. have the complete right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by unclenonu.com / UNCLE NONU & CO. and accepts its decision regarding the cancellation.

Damaged Products

We take various measures to pack your products carefully so they do not get damaged in transit. If for whatever reason, there is a defect in the product in terms of its quality or they arrive faultily, you are hereby requested to write to us at unclenonu@gmail.com with a picture of the said product. The authorized representatives of the UNCLE NONU & Co. will revert back on the same per se. In the case a defect is found in the products in terms of its quality, the product shall be returned back to the customer with immediate effect.

 

Product Replacement

In the case, a product is found defective; the same shall be replaced within 10 working days after a request for a replacement for the product is approved.
